Establishing itself early in the nationwide transition to global textile supply, VenTara Corporation was founded in Baldwin, NY as the pioneer for sourcing international technical and commodity fabrics.

Looking to capitalize on its vast textile resources and talent, the base of corporate operations was relocated to the Raleigh, NC area known as the Research Triangle.

Hi-Tech Fabrics was founded to supply large volumes of textile production and implemented the western processes of manufacturing to Asian and Central American regions. 

 

VenTara/Hi-Tech entered a strategic partnership with CellMark, expanding its capabilities to provide high-volume custom developed textile products.
